What this system does

The Drill Guide System lets you mount several jigs onto a length of 3030 aluminum extrusion to make repeatable, accurate drilled holes in 20 series extrusion for blind joints. You supply the 3030 rail from your local supplier — buy it longer than your longest workpiece — and the system handles the positioning.
