Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, we do not offer exchanges, and we do not issue refunds.

This applies to everything we sell: precision jigs, tools, hardware, cut-to-length aluminium extrusion and digital downloads. Please review your order carefully before you confirm it.

Cut-to-length extrusion is cut to the measurements you enter. Once the order is placed it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, for any reason.

Digital downloads cannot be returned once they have been delivered.

If we make a mistake, we put it right. If an item arrives damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if we cut the wrong length or send the wrong profile or colour, email us your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it. That is a replacement, not a refund.

Wear and tear from use is not covered.

Import duties, taxes, tariffs and customs handling fees charged by your own country are paid by you and are not refundable by us.
