About Our Precision Jigs

Aluminum extrusion is usually joined with external brackets. The better joint is the blind joint: a bolt driven through one extrusion into a threaded hole in the other, completely hidden. It is stronger and cleaner, and it needs holes placed to the millimetre. That is what these jigs are for.

A drilling jig secures to the extrusion and puts the drill bit exactly where it needs to land, with a hand drill, again and again. An alignment jig holds two extrusions flush and square while the joint is tightened, with no second pair of hands. Every jig is designed and manufactured in our studio in Singapore and ships with its bolts and nuts, ready to use.
