50 Series Precision Drilling Jigs — 5050 to 4080 Offset Jig in Action (Video)

What this jig does

It drills two holes with their centres exactly 20mm and 60mm from the edge of the extrusion, for a blind joint between 5050 and 4080 series profiles. Blind joints do away with external brackets, which matters on big frames where brackets get in the way. 3D-printed by The Aluminum Carpenter for all 50 series extrusion; bolts and nuts included.
