What this jig does
It lets you drill two holes precisely and repeatably, with their centres 15mm and 45mm from the edge of the extrusion — the positions needed for a blind joint. Blind joints remove the reliance on external brackets, so the joinery looks cleaner without giving up strength. Designed and 3D-printed by The Aluminum Carpenter for all 30 series extrusion; bolts and nuts included so it works straight out of the box.
