Aluminum Extrusion Precision Alignment Jig
This alignment jig helps position a 40 Series aluminum extrusion perpendicular to a 5050 aluminum extrusion, creating a precise 5mm offset on both sides. It accurately centers the profile without the need for marked lines or measurements, holding it securely in place while you apply the appropriate fasteners.
Designed for solo use, this jig eliminates the need for assistance when securing the joinery. For best results, we recommend using four jigs per project to ensure all four corners remain securely positioned while fasteners are applied. Alignment jigs should only be removed once all corners are properly secured.
