This is a custom-designed pneumatic press system consisting of two press units and a manual lever valve, built to mount onto any workbench surface with dog holes (20mm). Pull the lever and both press units come down simultaneously, holding your workpiece firmly in place. Push it back and they retract instantly. One lever. That is all it takes.

Each press unit is built around a standard pneumatic cylinder, housed between two custom-cut birch plywood panels, with precision-machined aluminum blocks forming the base and top clamp. The contact foot is 3D printed with a silicone pad at the tip — firm enough to hold, soft enough not to scratch.

The entire setup is modular and non-permanent. Deploy it at the start of your session, store it away when done. No drilling into your table. No dedicated space taken up between uses.

This product includes the complete 3D model of both press units and the manual lever valve assembly, designed and modelled in Shapr3D. Use it to fabricate your own parts, modify the design to suit your workbench, or simply reference it for your own pneumatic build.
