This is not simply a workbench. It is a precision-engineered platform — purpose-built to house and support multiple robotic arms in a real-world industrial environment. Every extrusion, every drilled hole, and every internal channel was meticulously planned to accommodate complex wiring, heavy-duty components, and the relentless demands of automated systems.

From the ground up, this structure was designed with intention. We combined 40 and 50 series aluminum extrusions to create an extremely rigid, modular frame capable of handling the dynamic forces of active robotics. But the true innovation lies beneath the surface. Within the extrusion slots, a carefully orchestrated network of electrical wiring powers eight individual LED strips, all controlled by just five switches through a custom-designed, 3D-printed switchboard. Mains power exits discreetly through precisely located drill points, routing cleanly to the PSU — not a single exposed cable in sight.

Every custom component — from PSU mounts to cable covers — was 3D printed in ABS, delivering the strength and precision required for long-term reliability.

The result is more than a workbench. It is a ready-to-deploy platform for automation, built to evolve with the technology it supports.
